Calling on The Dolce Diet
Today "The Dolce Diet: 3 Weeks To Shredded" by Mike Dolce arrived. Mike Dolce is a Mixed Martial Arts fighter and trainer. His diet book is for fighters who need to cut a lot of weight in a short amount of time for official weigh-in the day before their fight. Late evening: Gym. Brisk walk. 2.9 pace. 613 calories. 2.96 miles. 65:00 minutes (5:00 cooldown).
I got new shoes- more athletic style and smaller. My foot still hurts but it is doing much better. I don't have the can't-walk pain after walking like previously. So I think it is healing. This will help me get back to walking more.
