Today "The Dolce Diet: 3 Weeks To Shredded" by Mike Dolce arrived. Mike Dolce is a Mixed Martial Arts fighter and trainer. His diet book is for fighters who need to cut a lot of weight in a short amount of time for official weigh-in the day before their fight.
